Safety Construction Professionals feel a responsibility to be the safest that they can be for their crews, their families, and themselves. They invest several hours to learn best practices -- hours that they need to allocate effectively. They need their safety training to be informative, modern and an enhancement to their Safety Toolbox Talks. Hear from safety expert Abby Ferri, CSP as she presents on procuring proper safety gear on the jobsite for all body types. This course will discuss the implications and importance of psychological, social safety for all, while examining the technical guidance for implementation as part of organizational change management.
